honor phones
shoot for good
Honor Phones of Huawei Technologies wanted to launch their new phone with an AI-powered camera in India. The camera is so powerful, in the matter of milliseconds it can detect the object at hand and focus on it. An auto-focus so fast and precise no photographer would miss their shot, right? We decided to test it.

India's is home to many endangered species, and despite conservation efforts, these animals continue to be hunted. We realized that Honor Phones could do something about this.
We proposed a unique livestream where amateur photographers could attempt to capture the rarest of Indian animals with the Honor 10's AI-powered camera. Phones would be set up across the country at spots where these animals are known to frequent. We'd host a livestream so that people could wait for these elusive animals. With every successful shot, Honor would donate money to WWF towards
their conservation.
As an added benefit, the livestream would also show off the phone's nifty new autofocus feature – no one would miss their shot because their camera just wouldn't focus in time.

Social and print ads would lead people to the livestream, where they'd be given the chance to capture a new animal every week – without leaving their house.

The website would also have a live count of how much money was being raised by WWF India towards the conservation of each endangered animal.

Not only are the features of the camera shown in a pretty cool demo, efforts are made to conserve some of India's most beautiful and rarest animals.

As an added incentive to getting amateur photographers involved, we decided to create a new channel on Instagram that would feature the best of the pictures captured each week on the livestream.
